2015 Black Baccalaureate Photos

Mayor Charlie Hales, community organizers and graduating seniors gathered to celebrate youth achievement during the 2015 Black Baccalaureate celebration at Portland Bible College. The event featured traditional Ghanaian drumming from the Okropong ensemble and graduation sashes made from kente cloth.
